Am i busy?
Filed in Ramblings, July 4, 2009, 12:54 am by SubKA lot of people find me missing for a few weeks already ever since my holiday started. In fact, even before my holiday started i have already been missing from MSN and maybe my own blog with very few updates.
There is a few things i’m multi-tasking these few weeks and i might as well just explain it here just to save me some typing:
- Busy fixing computers for friends
- Busy downloading movies & etc
- Busy playing Restaurant City to fill in between the gaps when i’m free with the above 2 (12 levels in 2 1/2 days)
- Busy taking short naps in the afternoon due to extreme less sleep during the night to fill in between the gaps in between the above 3 matter
Weird thing is, it seems that i yam cha far less nowadays because my ‘kaki’ all back hometown so i spend more time testing some of my strategy be it on games or my work to see if my brain is still sane after all the boredom. Yes, i still feel bored after all that and this is when creativity never hit me so it kinda suck.
There is a few things on my agenda right now which i am going to do in the upcoming weeks which is:
- Catch up with some friends coming back for holidays as well as sending those who finished their holidays out
- Catch up with any information regarding Windows 7 which is due to (Release to manufacturing) RTM on July 13th to update my arsenals
- Start really doing some budgeting. I’m extremely broke and don’t ask me why!
- Start thinking about my future work as well as my graduation vacation maybe?
- Start designing something =.=”
Those who are interested to get Windows 7 first hand on their PC or laptops can do reservation with me first. xD That’s all for tonight and maybe the next few days. Good night!
Part time vs Full time
Filed in Ramblings, June 23, 2009, 2:21 pm by SubKPart time
Advantages:
- Flexible ( You accept jobs you can take at your own time )
- Higher pay compared to full time per hour/per day basis
- Different venue most of the time
- Meet different people ( As in different colleague all the time )
Disadvantages:
- Too flexible ( Not a stable day to day job )
- Get tired running around different venue which may sometimes be far
- You don”t get to actually know your colleague well enough
Full Time
Advantages:
- Need to be on time for work everyday
- Normally would be offered with some allowance though not all
- Static venue, can be your plain old office all day 24/7/365 days
- Get to know everyone in your office/department/work area
Disadvantages:
- Starts to get bored after a while if there’s no interesting projects or colleague
- Suffers from annoying people in the office ( if there is any )
In summary, i guess i’m ready for work but more to a part time one for now because i enjoy my life slacking at home. Got job = “Shit, gotta work…”; No job = “Oh well…”; Blow job = “OMGWTFBBQ!”.
Yeah, i’m bored. Somebody shoot me…

Holiday Starts
Filed in Ramblings, June 12, 2009, 7:35 pm by SubKCompleted my last paper today and it marks the end of my semester for the first half of the year. All other 3 papers were all not bad i would say but today’s paper seriously i went blank the moment i flipped it open. I guess i would be failing this paper so would be taking this subject again next semester =.=” Sad but true…
The good thing is that i will have credit hours left for me to slot in my fail subject so it shouldn’t push me up the walls for my schedules. Everything is going fine as long as i really pass that stupid subject next semester so i can still graduate in time. Stupid paper yes, but stupid me is even more stupid to do it. =.=”
Next semester starts on 27th July which means i got around 1 month and a half holidays. Currently still have no plans to do anything yet but i am as usual anticipating something to pop-up whenever i say i am busy. Perhaps i should take this time to look for some job prospects and stuffs as well. Anyone looking for a newbie in computers in their work anywhere?
Expect me to update more in the upcoming weeks as i might most probably be bored to death in the next few days to come.
I’m so SCREWED!
Filed in Ramblings, June 4, 2009, 8:52 pm by SubKWas supposed to learn my Maths during the one week study week + finish my my CCNA4 skill test and the stupid Malaysian Studies but it seems that i’ve been just having fun slacking and wasting my time. Was told to do a few stuffs for the Birthday Party which was suppose to be the church youth’s event this coming weekend but because i was happily slacking, i didn’t do a thing.
I AM SCREWED!!
Lucky for me today though i went for the skill test with my brain empty, i manage to barely scrape pass the line and finish up the test with just throwing off the NAT part. ( =.=” I know… ) Haven’t started anything on my cheat sheet either for my exams coming next week and for a reason i don’t know why i am not anxious now. WTF is wrong with me!?!?!
I AM SO SCREWED!!
On the other news, my last month’s phone load hit the highest mark ever on my phone usage history. A freakin RM105.00++!!! 4 days into the month of June and i’ve already reloaded RM20 and all that with just a barely working crazy phone that BSOD every once in a while. Imagine the bill i would have gotten if i changed my phone and switched to postpaid? Ok, i did give that a thought earlier but now, no thanks!
I AM TOTALLY SCREWED!!
That’s all from me tonight as i plan to go Bintang Megamall for the night out with the guys as i try hard to ignore the Malaysian Studies test that i will be having tomorrow as well as the 4 hours sleep i had last night until now. Good night~
Stone Trek
Filed in Ramblings, May 26, 2009, 1:07 am by SubKIts been quiet lately huh?
Guess i’m too busy trying to care about everything that is going on around me that i’ve ignored my poor blog.
Perhaps it is because i’m trying to solve everyone’s problem but forgetting my own.
Perhaps i harbored too much responsibility of something that i shouldn’t have in the first place.
Perhaps trying to change some part of me is really just that hard to adapt to another thing that has never been found on me when i thought that i was just that flexible in the first place.
Perhaps trying to imagine that a stone could have feelings then probably tomorrow will be a lot more different?
Perhaps our local dinasour would have a little comment on this? xD

Don’t ask me what is going on with me, simple to say i do not know and you can try understand what i’m trying to convey from above…
Good night!

Filed in Ramblings, May 18, 2009, 12:01 am by SubKI just finish having a nice chat with my pastor about links in human to human relationships. The reason for this discussion was because we were talking about certain stuffs in church when he realised that i have good problem solving skills in certain scenarios. The reason for this is that he’s talking a full course on counseling for all kinds of relationships, or more or less you can say its a psychology kind of thing.
The i realise something in between of our chat which i kinda summarized everything into what i understood from the whole conversation. Humans normally rely on our voice itself to convey multiple streams of information which can range from feelings, emotions, thinking, character of the person and also personality itself. One simple word that comes out from a person’s mouth can easily change someone’s life, or even just lead it to hell.
While most people can also convey these kinds of messages using SMS, chats and also written text from blogs, notes or such, human voice still seems to be the most powerful method of communication between humans. Powerful as in it can easily build someone up, or trash someone until they become worthless. How scary weapon this is? The bible too agrees with this notion which strongly suggest its a warning when we look at Psalm 34:13 which goes like :
Keep your tongue from evil And your lips from speaking deceit.
Then my pastor gave me a scenario about BGR and as complicated as it sounds, i tried to solve it with whatever logic that we can have but i felt that what saved me from the whole scenario was that i would keep my stand strong and firm. In certain parts of the scenario i did stated my principles directly regarding the scenario and truly sometimes, by saying it out beforehand it will free you from being deadlocked in a dead end position. That is how powerful human voice can be when used properly with logic and proper feelings or emotion.
The one who guards his mouth preserves his life; The one who opens wide his lips comes to ruin. – Proverbs 13:3
This is something i totally agree for now. My advise to everyone, if you need help say it for God’s sake. It is not like keeping quiet and you will have angels blowing trumpet behind your backs and sends help to you automatically.
P/S: Currently busy with last few assignments and then i’m going to start my revision in the upcoming weeks. Will probably update things during that time as i felt suddenly i have too much things to say but no time to post xD
The Need for Speed
Filed in Ramblings, May 9, 2009, 12:30 am by SubKLately i’ve subscribed to a service that could let you view site more smoothly on the internet due to the recent screw ups our local “Intranet Service Provider” has been doing.
Although it is not something very new in the networking world but it is something that i’ve only used for a second time and this time i must say it is much more satisfying to me compared to the first time. Imagine my youtube for once loads faster than me streaming it from start without pausing it first on a 512kbps package.
I am going to introduce this on my next post after i get my good night sleep tonight as well as the stuffs that i have to go through for the weekend. For those who are really interested to know as well as you just cannot wait for me to reveal it, please try to find me on my MSN/WLM whenever you do or do not see me
